Use the original account context
Engage is designed to bring the reason for an account recommendation into personalised outreach and follow-up. Start with the actual evidence, the contact’s role and a useful commercial question.
Do not turn an inference into a claim that the recipient is buying, struggling or has a particular budget.
Check content and execution separately
- Confirm that the account and recipient are appropriate.
- Check the facts, tone and proposed next step.
- Review any follow-up or sequence configuration.
- Check the relevant approvals, exclusions and suppression rules before execution.
A good draft is not the same as an approved send. Mission approval only covers the approved research activity.
Keep the conversation connected
Review replies and follow-up in the context of the company, contact and opportunity. Avoid duplicating conversations or continuing an inappropriate sequence when the relationship has changed.
Engage capabilities vary by Complete package. The Engage overview and feature matrix describe the intended scope; confirm the execution controls in your workspace before use.
These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
