What the connections are for
Tandem Complete is designed to connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook for communication context and Engage workflows. Calendar connections support meeting context and preparation.
These connections should serve an agreed commercial workflow, not be treated as automatic permission for every possible action on an account.
Confirm scope before connecting
Identify the accounts your team needs, the person who can authorise access and the required workflow. Confirm which connection is available in your workspace and what permissions it requests.
The public site does not publish a complete integration catalogue or promise support for every mailbox type. Confirm requirements such as shared mailboxes, IMAP, multiple accounts or a particular calendar setup directly with Tandem.
When context is missing
Check whether the relevant connection is configured and authorised for the account in question. Record the affected workflow and any visible status message before contacting support.
Never include passwords, access tokens or API keys in an enquiry. Share the provider name, the workflow you expected and the non-sensitive error information instead.
