Tandem

Keep access and approvals clear

Separate who can see information from who can authorise research or customer-facing actions.

Understand workspace and role boundaries

Tandem’s security approach is designed around workspace isolation and role-based access. Users, managers and administrators should have access appropriate to their responsibilities.

Before rollout, identify which people need to review opportunities, manage configuration and approve consequential actions. Confirm the available permissions for your package and workspace.

Approve the actual action

Research, contact discovery, CRM acceptance and outreach are separate steps. A person approving a Mission is approving that research scope, not every downstream action someone might take with a result.

Check the intended action, account and approval requirement before execution. AI can prepare or recommend without being given unrestricted control.

Retain reviewable context

Evidence, reasoning and auditability are part of the intended control model. When something needs review, keep the original record or evidence with the decision rather than relying on an isolated screenshot or summary.

The Security & control page describes the design approach. Confirm specific governance or security requirements directly with Tandem rather than assuming an unlisted certification or deployment arrangement.

Keep your workspace in mind.

These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
