Use feedback to improve relevance

Make accepted and rejected opportunities useful inputs to the next round of research.

Give a reason, not just a reaction

The Learning Loop connects commercial feedback to the discovery process. When a result is unsuitable, identify whether the problem is company fit, weak timing, an irrelevant contact or evidence that does not support the recommendation.

Specific reasons make your expectations clearer than a general “not useful”.

Look for patterns

Review repeated rejection reasons across opportunities. Several wrong-territory results suggest a targeting issue. Strong-fit accounts with weak reasons to act point towards the Mission’s signal criteria or the quality of the evidence.

Use those patterns to review the Company Brain and approved brief. Avoid changing the whole targeting model in response to one unusual account.

Keep people responsible for the brief

Feedback should improve the process within your approved commercial instructions. It is not a reason to assume the system can widen research or authorise customer-facing actions without appropriate control.

Learning Loop depth and reporting vary by package. Check the feature matrix for your intended configuration and compare the quality of subsequent recommendations against your own definition of a useful opportunity.

Keep your workspace in mind.

These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
