Describe your business in useful detail
Include what you sell, the problems you solve and the reasons a customer chooses you. Add target sectors, company sizes, territories, buyer personas and useful proof points. Relevant competitors and exclusions help distinguish a genuinely suitable business from a superficial match.
A strong profile is specific enough to rule companies out as well as bring companies in.
Check extracted assumptions
Website content is an input, not an approved brief by itself. Review website-derived assumptions for old offers, overly broad claims or markets you no longer serve. Confirm the context before relying on it for research.
For example, a single overseas customer case study should not automatically imply that every international territory is in scope.
Keep the context current
Revisit the Company Brain when you change your offer, enter a territory or learn that a segment is a poor fit. Review associated Missions so the commercial context and the active research instructions still agree.
Make changes deliberately and compare subsequent recommendations with your expectations. Use clear rejection reasons to help explain what needs to improve.
These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
