Before a Mission becomes active
Review the interpreted brief, exclusions, schedule and research scope. The point of approval is to make those instructions explicit before recurring discovery begins.
The Company Brain and Mission should support the same commercial goal. Resolve conflicting targeting or territory assumptions before approving research.
Read the status in context
An active Mission is intended to research on its configured schedule. A paused Mission should not be treated as an instruction to continue scheduled research. A blocked Mission, exhausted allowance or missing required source can also prevent expected results.
Review the last check, next check and any status explanation available in your workspace. An active label alone does not guarantee a fresh opportunity on every run.
Review after a change
When your target changes, compare the revised targeting, exclusions and schedule with the original approval. Confirm the revised research scope using the controls available in your workspace rather than assuming a previous approval covers a different activity.
Contact discovery, CRM acceptance and customer-facing outreach are separate decisions. See research versus outreach approval for the distinction.
These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
