Published implementation fees
Core Launch lists £1,500 implementation, Core Growth £3,000, and Core Scale £5,000+. Complete Launch lists £5,000, Complete Growth £7,500, and Complete Scale £10,000+.
The “+” on Scale reflects configuration around usage and complexity. It should not be read as a fixed quote for every implementation.
Annual payment and terms
The pricing page lists a 10% discount for annual payment and states that implementation is charged separately. Confirm how that discount is applied in your written proposal, alongside the billing schedule and agreed scope.
This website does not establish a separate cancellation, refund or renewal policy. Ask for the applicable terms before placing an order rather than inferring them from a monthly headline price.
