Tandem

Prepare to become a solution partner

Show how your business can help customers implement, adopt and improve Tandem.

Explain your delivery capability

Describe the customers you serve, your commercial or technical specialism and the implementation or adoption work you can own. Include relevant experience rather than claiming Tandem accreditation before it has been agreed.

Be clear about the difference between your existing capabilities and areas where you will need enablement or support.

Define the customer relationship

Discuss who will handle configuration, training, ongoing support and commercial improvement. Explain whether you expect to introduce customers, deliver services or manage a longer-term relationship.

Agree responsibilities and boundaries with Tandem before promising a package, integration, service level or commercial outcome to a client.

Discuss level and terms

The published solution pathway is Certified, Growth and Premier. Review those descriptions, then use the contact page to discuss the appropriate starting point.

Accreditation requirements, commercial terms and access to partner resources should be confirmed through the joining process. This guide does not imply that an application is automatically accepted or that a partner portal is already provisioned.

Keep your workspace in mind.

These guides explain Tandem’s product approach and the packages described on this website. Feature access, connections and execution controls depend on your agreed package and workspace configuration.
